The staff were awesome, so friendly and welcoming, Nothing was ever too much. The dining and lounge areas were very comfortable and had great views.The food was delicious whether it was breakfast or a snack.The laundry and drying facilities were great and definitely did the job.Nutmeg was an absolute delight to have around.

The king bed was not comfortable, this is literally the only negative thing.

The staff were wonderful. It was close to main road and gully lift and restaurants. Food at the lodge was exceptional. Bed was lovely. Large drying room.

All the staff were so lovely and friendly, it was a pleasure to stay with them, like being welcomed into a family home.The breakfasts were really good, a great start to the day ahead.It always felt warm in the lodge. Nice fire throughout the day, easy to relax in the lounge area and help yourself to hot drinks.

Ski-in-ski-out accommodation right next to the terminal. Skiing out basically take you to an easy lift immediately and skiing in is basically the same if you studied the map in advanced.

The distance is close enough for you to think you can take your stuff there yourself but in reality that 150m is not as easy uphill. The restaurant staff was lovely but the food was kind of overpriced. Frankly it's understandable, at the end of the day we are in a snow resort.

Lovely clean modern room with view, friendly hospitable owners, great location, good amount of storage made small room workable, lounge and boot room great.

Expensive but falls creek is pricey.

Great staff and a really nice lodge experience. Breakfasts were delicious! Good equipment and drying facilities with plenty of storage. Easy ski in from pretty much anywhere on the mountain and ski out to Gully chair is nice and easy.The staff called me to let me know I left something behind and I was able to go and pick it up, which was a nice touch showing a great deal of care for their guests.

Good location, gorgeous view, close to good restaurants and ski rentals!

Staff are very friendly and helpful! With two lovely doggies which the kids can't stop playing with them.Breakfast was exceptional and in a very high standard which totally exceed my expectation!The location is also excellent! It is very close (<100) to the main road's car park as well as the ski lift. Two ski hire shops and a very decent restaurant are all right next to the hotel too.Note: For ski learner, it is easier to access to the training area through the ski lift in "home base" and which is about 4-500m from the hotel (so it is not a drama).

The bathroom is a bit small.

Everything was just right. We like peace and quiet, cleanliness and a really comfortable bed all of which we had. We dined in with the owner/manager cooking us a lovely vegetarian meal and providing a really good breakfast in the morning.
